Jujutsu Kaisen has gained immense popularity within the span of 4 months since it’s anime adaption. What makes this series so special?
Yuji Itadori is another typical shōnen MC who is liked by youngsters. He’s honest and goofy like Naruto, incredibly hardworking like Midoriya from My Hero Academia, and his overall supernatural characteristics are like Ichigo from the bleach.
Itadori’s grandfather, last words to Itadori were “help people whenever you can” and the idea that “everyone deserves a proper death.” Circumstances made him Eat Sukuna’s finger, which gave Itadori the cursed energy he needed to save his friends from a horrible death, but doing so made him a vessel as well. He ends up becoming a target for Jujutsu sorcerers. He is meant to be executed by Satoru Gojo once he eats the rest of Sukuna’s fingers, serving as the evil spirit’s tomb. The plot revolves around his desires to save others and lead them toward a proper death, but fate has other plans for him, and we get to see a lot of action and twists in the story.
