If you’re a Euphoria fan or a big XO or a Black Pink fan then the idol is definitelysomething that should go straight into your waiting-to-watch list as the show is directed by Sam Levinson, the director of the show Euphoria which gained high popularity and was well-liked.

With the new teaser trailer drop, one can see what the hype is actually about. Full of glam, wildness, boldness, and more, the show has Lily-Rose Depp, Able ‘ The Weeknd’ Tesfaye, Jenne Kim (the Korean singer and a member of the girl group – Black Pink), Troye Sivan, and many other popular actors and actresses.

In the teaser trailer, one can see that there’s a wholly new vibe given to Britney Spears ‘gimme more’ which sounds awesome with a new remix and blends crazily with the trailer. Many fans have started speculating that the show might be related to Britney Spears as in one of the scenes of the trailer, Lily-Rose Depp’s character Jocelyn looks familiarly dressed like Britney Spears and some fans are even resembling the show with Britney’s Black Out era. Well, all of these speculations will come to an end as the show is ready to release on June 4th, 2023 on HBO.

One can see Lily rose depp as the truly bad rising pop girl and is seen stating, “I want to be the biggest touring act ever.” and The Weeknd as a shady nightclub owner. Many fans have even assumed that The Weeknd will also play the role of a cult leader.

The Weeknd fans are hella excited because recently Able spoke about the importance of music in the show and told that there’ll be a whole album for it. Get ready for crazy music, folks!

The show is already in controversy with the nasty wild trailer, the topic of nepotism and other factors and accusations related to the director, Sam Levinson. Fans are highly perplexed and surprised as with all the controversy the Idol will be released at
Cannes.
