- 1 cup Fat Free Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1+3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
Preparations
Preheat oven at 180 degree celscius.
Grease loaf pan with butter or place a butter paper
Bread Batter
Blend milk, eggs, sugar and peanut butter in a blender jar until smooth
Now sieve in all the dry ingredients
All purpose flour, baking powder and kosher salt
Blend together until the flour is incorporated properly and formed in a sticky batter
Pour this batter in greased loaf pan
Place the pan in oven and let the peanut butter bread get cooked for 45 to 50 minutes
After the timer beeps insert a toothpick or tester
If the tester comes out clean, bread is cooked properly
But if the batter sticks to the tester bread is yet to cook.
Once the bread cook enough let the loaf pan come to room temperature

Directions for making Peanut Butter Bread:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farheinet (180-degree celsius.)
Step 2:
Grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan with butter and sprinkle all-purpose flour at the bottom of the pan or even on the sides so that the batter doesn’t stick to the pan. You can also place pan-sized butter paper cut out to avoid sticking.
Step 3:
Peanut Butter Bread batter-
In a mixer or blender add 1 cup fat-free milk – for a creamy texture, 2 large eggs, 2/3 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter and blend all wet ingredients till everything comes together and blends in smooth.
Step 4:
Now sieve in dry ingredients in the smooth paste, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1+3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
Step 5:
Again blend till dry and wet ingredients are incorporated together and a batter is formed.
Step 6:
Pour prepared peanut butter bread batter into the greased bread loaf pan. Tap the loaf pan on a flat surface to avoid air bubbles.
Step 7:
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the oven at 180-degree celsius. After the mentioned time, put a tester in the middle of the loaf. If the tester comes out clean peanut butter bread is ready, but if the batter sticks to the tester cook for more than 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 8:
Take out the loaf pan and let it cool down. Once the pan cools take out peanut butter bread from the pan.
Step 9:
Once the bread loaf cools down, slice the peanut butter bread and have it as a mid-day snack or in the evening with tea, coffee, or just one slice without any hot drink as the bread is moist in itself.
