Since the Spring Anime of 2021 is only one month away, most of you guys are excited about the new anime, movies, and sequels, but today I’ll be talking about the most-awaited upcoming summer/spring anime of the year.
As far as I can know and gather the information through various sources, I’ll tell you what to expect this summer.
Till now, there are very few officially announced, but I’ll try making some predictions too, so without further ado, let’s get started.

As the current season 2 is still going, and part 2 has been announced, you can clearly make sure how popular it is among the otakus.
With some new and awesome ideas for our squishy slime, the next season is going to be great, and it’s coming from a manga reader.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is an anime that has brought out the best from the manga and doesn’t disappoint.
2. Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon Season 2
Spring Anime-2:-
Officially it’s the second season of Kobayashi, but there is a movie after season 1.
If you’ve already watched season 1, this is going to be filled with non-stop comedy. And to your surprise, a new maid is coming.
3. My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2
Spring Anime-3:-
Yes, your waifu is here with the first season being released last year, and we have her back again.
Being a new anime and coming up with a sequel, it must have done a great job, and hopefully, we’ll find someone who will steal her heart this time.
4. Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu Part 2
Spring Anime-4:-
The grandfather/grandmother of isekai anime is on fire and won’t give us a rest.
Being an ongoing new series and they have decided to give us another season is just cherry on the cake.
Till now, we have seen the happy things in Mushoku, but this new sequel is going to be dark, but things will end up being better for our protagonist.
5. Peach Boy Riverside
Spring Anime-5:-
Peach boy Riverside is a new anime and quite a popular one.
Here one protagonist is a princess and has lived in the castle for years, safe from demons and monsters outside.
But one day, she decided to go outside and encountered the legendary demon hunter.
When she decided to leave a princess’s life and follow the demon hunter, it has a crossdressing genre, so not sure why it’s there.
That being said, there are much more anime, but most of them are isekai, and it’s a common thing now.
The only new anime I found aside from isekai is Love Live! Superstar!!, It’s a slice of life and music anime that always surprises people when they come.
If you like slice of life or music then it’s a great one to watch.
Movie time
We all love movies back to back action and drama for 1-2 hrs straight so here are some movies of summer which are worth watching.
1. Boku no Hero Academia the Movie 3
Spring Anime Movie-1:-
This is actually connected to the BNHA season 5.
Till now, there hasn’t been any info about the movie, but the poster says three musketeers with Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki in their hero suits giving cool poses.
2. Nanatsu no Taizai: Hikari ni Norowareshi Mono-Tachi
Spring Anime Movie-2:-
This, the sequel of the ongoing Seven Deadly Sins series, is doing much better than its predecessor.
The trailer just came out a few hours ago, and there have been no teasers so far.
The info says that it’s an entirely new story, so it’s hard to say what will be covered in the movie, but like the previous movies by seven deadly sins, I can make sure that it’s going to be great.
3. Kiniro Mosaic: Thank you!!
Spring Anime Movie-3:-
This is a slice of life and comedy movie mainly focused on the life of five girls.
Since the start, if you’ve been following Kiniro Mosaic, this movie covers the story after the previous movie.
Also, if you’ve heard the name for the first time and are not sure whether to watch it or not, go for it if you’ve enjoyed the laid-back camp anime.
4. BELLE
Spring Anime Movie-4:-
If you’ve loved movies like ‘Wolf Children’ and ‘Mirai,’ then be ready for another movie by the same director.
Belle is the story of a 17-year-old girl who lost her mother when she was young and lived in a rural area with her father.
She comes across a game called ‘U,’ and one day, the eyes of the whole world of U turned to her because of a mysterious event.
5. Sayonara Watashi no Cramer: First Touch
Spring Anime Movie-5:-
This one is pretty intriguing, Sayonara Watashi no Cramer is the anime that will be aired this spring, and the movie is coming in summer.
The movie is actually a prequel to the anime to know the backstory after the wholesome anime.
The movie is about a girl who loves soccer, but it’s hard to keep up with strong guys of the same age group.
So unlike orthodox sports anime where the mc is a guy and has shortcomings with great passion, here we have a girl (unusual & unique).
