For Base:
Unsalted Butter, melted

For Base

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 26 units Oreo Biscuits

For Filling

  • 2 cups Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1+1/2 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup White Chocolate (chunks)

Preparations

  1. Line the sides of the springform pan with parchment paper and make crumbs of oreo biscuits

  1. Grind 26 oreo biscuits without any cream in a food processor or a mixer grinder.

  2. Mix the powdered oreo biscuits with 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter.

  3. Transfer this mix to the bottom of the springfrom pan, press, and make an even bottom layer of crust.

  4. Set the crust for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

For Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat 2 cups of room-temperature softened cream cheese.

  2. Sieve in 1/2 cup icing sugar, Combine well with an electric mixer and set aside.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl take 1+1/2 cup of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat till soft peaks.

  4. Now melt 1 cup of white chocolate, cool down completely, and then pour in the whipped cream.

  5. Blend both, cream cheese and whipped cream together. Mix in oreo crumbs.

  6. Transfer the filling over the biscuit base and make it even from the top. Refrigerate for four hours.

  7. After 4 hours, de-mold it, slice it and give a treat to your tastebuds and soul.

Directions for Oreo Cheesecake

To make a no-bake cheesecake it’s best to use a springform pan that has a lock that you can open and release the sides.
Line the sides of the pan with parchment paper.

Now that the pan is ready, set it aside and start working on the biscuit base of the oreo cheesecake.

Step 1

Take oreo biscuits and remove the filling. Crush them finely is a mixer grinder, food processor, or with help of any hard object like a pestle.

Any other glucose biscuits or digestive biscuits or any other biscuit that is present in your kitchen. The store-bought crust can also be bought to use in this cheesecake recipe.

Step 2

Add ground oreo biscuits to a bowl. to this pour in some melted unsalted butter. Give it a good mix so that the oreo cookie crumbs are well coated with the butter.

Transfer this to the bottom of the springform pan and press it down into a nice even layer using a spatula or the bottom of a bowl.

The base of the oreo cheesecake is ready. Put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, start working on the filling.

For the oreo cheesecake filling, take cream cheese that is softened and is at room temperature. Beat the cream cheese for a few minutes, so that it becomes loose.

Store-bought cream cheese is used in this recipe but you could easily make it at home

Sift the icing sugar into the softened cream cheese. Give the two ingredients a good mix with an electric mixer.

Cream cheese and icing sugar are combined well, now set it aside and move further.

In a bowl take whipping cream and vanilla extract and beat it with an electric mixer on high speed so that it comes to soft peaks.

Now that the whipping cream has come to soft peaks add white chocolate to it.
Before adding white chocolate to whipping cream, melt it, let it cool down completely, and then add it to the cream.

Keep in mind, to use a couverture chocolate brand like Callebaut or Van Houten. If using compound chocolate first make a ganache out of it before adding in whipping cream.

The whipping cream mixture is smooth, now add in the cream cheese and sugar mixture that we had set aside earlier. Blend with an electric mixer till everything combines well.

Make crumbs of oreo biscuits and mix them in the prepared filling. Mix quickly until the crumbs are coated in the cream cheese fillings. Do not overmix or else the filling will change its color.

Step 9

The filling of oreo cheesecake is ready. All you need to do now is transfer it over to the biscuit base and spread it out into an even top layer.
Tap the cheesecake a few times so that your get rid of all the air bubbles.

Set this cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least four hours so that it sets properly.
